Encuentros Regionales incorpora un taller de Automatización en Radio
Con una duración total de 8 horas, esta actividad buscará capacitar a los propietarios y operadores de estaciones de radio en todo lo referido a instalación, configuración y aplicación de los sistemas más modernos de automatización radial. Estará a cargo de Fabio Lastra – SERVIDATA – y tendrá un costo de $340 para los inscriptos al evento.
El temario del taller estará divido en 3 módulos, los 2 primeros se dictarán el día miércoles 27 y el restante el jueves 28 de Junio, extendiéndose de 10 a 14 hs en ambas jornadas. La primera parte abarcará una introducción general, un recorrido por las diferentes utilizaciones de estos adelantos, detalles de la interacción entre hardware y software, y las pautas necesarias para determinar en qué momento es recomendable adquirir un sistema de este tipo.
La segunda unidad se adentrará directamente en la plataforma de administración de archivos de audio para emisoras “Dinesat”, que permite administrar una emisora de radio en forma sencilla y confiable, sincronizar comerciales con una cadena satelital, emitir una radio por Internet, atender llamadas telefónicas de oyentes o corresponsales y grabar la cinta testigo, entre otras ventajas.
Finalmente en el día 2 concluirá esta capacitación con un repaso de lo visto en el módulo anterior y sumará: las opciones de reproducción en modo automático (modos disponibles, cómo y cuándo utilizarlos y por qué), programación de anuncios (hora, temperatura, humedad y sensación térmica), configuración de accesorios (telemensaje, teleranking, televoto, cinta testigo, etc) y unas consideraciones finales a modo de conclusiones, no sin antes culminar el intercambio de preguntas y respuestas con los asistentes.

“Encuentros Regionales” incorporates a Radio Automation Workshop.
This activity is intended to train radio station owners and operators as regards installation, configuration and implementation of the latest in radio automation systems which will last 8 hours in total. It will be led by Fabio Lastra from SERVIDATA, having a tariff of $340 for all attendees in the event.
The workshop’s agenda shall be divided into three modules: two of them on Wednesday 27th and the other one on Thursday 28th, from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm each day. The first part of the workshop shall include a general introduction of the topic, a presentation of the different usages of these advances, details on the interaction between hardware and software, and also all the necessary information for users to determine exactly when it is advisable to acquire such a system.
The second part shall go right into the management platform of audio files for “Dinesat” radio stations, which allows not only simple and reliable management of a radio station but also synchronizes commercials to a satellite channel, broadcasts a radio station via Internet, receives live phone calls from listeners or correspondents and records the telltale tape , among other advantages.
Finally, this training program shall be completed on the second day with a review on the topics of the previous module and shall also add: different options on auto reproduction mode (those available and how, when and why will be used), advert content scheduling (time, temperature, wet percent and wind chill factor), accessories settings ( mailbox message, teleranking, televoting, telltale tape, etc.) and some final remarks to draw conclusions from the topics enabling the exchange of questions and answers with the audience.
